HACCP, Codex Alimentatrius
HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control points) is part of an international regulatory framework for food safety (WHO/FAO/Codex Alimentarius) and aims to ensure that all health hazards that pose a threat to food safety are known, prevented, eliminated, or reduced to an acceptable level.
Through process descriptions and hazard analysis, we identify significant hazards that are particularly important to monitor during food production.
We perform a conformity assessment of the clients HACCP processes based on requirements in the Codex Alimentarius, and issues accredited certification for the HACCP process.
