Vessel inspection
Synfaring is an enterprise approved by the Norwegian Maritime Authority to perform inspections of fishing and hunting vessels, and cargo vessels with a maximum length of 8–15 metres.

Issue of vessel instructions
o Vessel inspections of cargo vessels between 8–15 metres
o Vessel inspections of fishing vessels between 8–15 metres
Issue of build certificates for fishing vessels between 6–8 metres
Issue of oil spill response certificates for vessels working in oil spill response
Perform and certify inclining tests
Perform stability calculations
Measurement/scanning of hulls for stability calculations
Preparation of drawing sets for existing vessels
Inspections following damage to vessels
3D imaging and laser scanning
Scanning can be used for tasks such as:
Line drawings for stability calculations
Generating 3D models
Point clouds
GA drawings and other detailed drawings
